Given that we understand that plans sometimes change, we have created the best cancellation policy in the business that accommodates both our drivers and our clients. We value your time and the time of your driver, therefore until your driver has already been assigned, we won`t charge cancellation fees (or any other ride-related costs). Peruse the details below.

Will My Car Arrive and I Get A Call?

We do make an effort, out of politeness to all of our clients, to get in touch with them all ten minutes before the pickup.

Cancellation of Sedan, SUV, or Stretch Limo: All deposits paid will be fully reimbursed if the cancellation is notified at least 24 hours prior to the arranged pickup date. Refunds for holidays, prom dates, and other special occasions will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled pickup date. Less than 24 hours before to the planned pickup day, a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed.

Arrivals at Airports:

You will be charged $25 more for inside pickup of sedans and SUVs. Stretch limousines cost $50 to pick up inside; vans cost $80; and buses cost $150.Free waiting periods are thirty minutes for domestic flights and sixty minutes for international flights. Extra waiting time will set you back $1 per minute for sedans and SUVs, $1.5 per minute for vans, and $150 per hour for all others, even for a just ten minutes.

Cash payments:

Legendary Limousine will be the one collecting payment. Payments are taken 5–7 days before the date of your reservation or when we have the customer`s authorization to take the payment.

Errors:

Cancel your reservation for a complete refund? SUV/sedan For buses and limousines, the deadline is seven days in advance, for vans it is 48 hours. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to your reservation otherwise. No reimbursement if the driver is on route or shows up.

Intervals of waiting:

For each pickup outside of the airport, there is a 10-minute free wait. More waiting time will set you back $1 per minute for sedans and SUVs, $1.5 per minute for vans, and $150 per hour for all others, even for ten minutes. On route to your destination, a halt lasting ten to fifteen minutes will cost $20 more on the reservation; any stop longer than that will cost according to waiting time.

Accidents and cleanup:

Should there be any damages or should something happen that calls for cleaning, there could be more fees. The serving driver connected to your reservation will decide the cost.

Authorization of payment:

You must turn in a signed authorization form together with a copy of your driver`s license and credit card. In any other case, simply respond to the email with the words "I accept the terms and conditions and give Legendary Limousine permission to bill for the services.
